Liability waiver / participation agreement

Paste your waiver text. Members (or a parent for under-18s) read and sign it in their portal by typing their name. Leave blank to switch waivers off.

When on, a student needs this many stripes (plus readiness and hours) to become grading-eligible. Set each student's stripes on their profile; they reset on promotion.

Check-in kiosk exit code

A short number staff enter to exit the check-in kiosk, so students can't leave it. Leave blank to allow exit with no code.

Notifications Email me when a student becomes eligible to grade. Off by default — you already see this on your Home dashboard. The student is never emailed about eligibility; they only hear from us once you invite them to grade.

Got a technical problem? Switch this on to let Torq360 support view your club so they can help. It turns off by itself after 7 days, you can turn it off any time, and every time support views your club it shows in your activity log.
